Do you refund shipping charges and Environmental Handling Fees (EHF)?
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable unless the item is determined to be defective.
Environmental Handling Fees will be refunded.
If the product was shipped to you in multiple boxes, please wait until you've received the final box before making a return. The return period (e.g. 30 days for furniture) will start after you get the final piece.
Can Marketplace orders be returned to Best Buy stores?
No, items sold by Marketplace sellers must be returned to the seller through the steps outlined below.
Where can I find seller's return policies?
Each Marketplace seller has their own return policy you can access on each product page. The "return policy" link, just to the right of the prices, provides all the information on how to make a return to that specific seller.
How do I return a Marketplace order?
After reading the seller's return policy, visit the Contact Us page to request a return from the seller.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the purchase included a free gift, or an included or bonus item, to qualify for a refund, the free gift, included, or bonus item must also be returned.
If you have a gift receipt, bring the item(s) and gift receipt in store and the value of the item(s) being returned will be credited to a gift card. No other types of credits are available.
If you weren't given a gift receipt, ask the gift giver to come in-store to confirm their information and we can provide a gift receipt to them.
If you purchased an item as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. However, if you decide to break up that bundle by returning an item, the price of all items in the bundle reverts to what they would be if they were purchased individually. Therefore, you will receive a refund for the returned item that is less than the price you paid for it when you purchased it as part of a bundle.
What if the appliance I ordered doesn't fit into my home?
Our delivery team will do a walk-through of the pathway to the appliance's final destination before unboxing the product to make sure it fits. If it's clear the item won't fit and the box is unopened, you may exchange it.
Please note: The delivery fee will not be refunded and you'll be charged for the delivery of the replacement item.
What if the product I just had delivered is damaged or defective?
If the product is damaged or defective, please call our Best Buy Appliance Concierge (1-866-585-4494) before coming to the store for assistance. Product defects are subject to manufacturer's warranty.
Can I cancel my order?
The order may be cancelled for a full refund if Best Buy Concierge (1-866-858-4494) is called at least 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery date.

6 To return jewelry you must ship it back to us, it cannot be returned to store. You can complete a return request online and we’ll email you a shipping label. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
7 Selected cardio equipment can only be returned by calling our Customer service line at 1-866-853-1168 and requesting a pick up. The equipment must be in the original, unopened box. These items may not be returned in store.

8 Bedding and linens must be unused, unworn (if applicable), unlaundered, and still have the original tags attached.

Please note: furniture items shipped to Newfoundland and Labrador are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the item arrives damaged the delivery driver and Customer Service team will work with the customer to provide further options or compensation. 10 Mattresses must be unsoiled, undamaged, and show no signs of use. They can only be returned by calling our Customer Service line at 1-866-853-1168 and requesting a pick up. They cannot be returned in-store. The mattress must be wrapped and protected prior to arrival of the driver. When the driver is performing an exchange or return for sanitary reasons, any mattresses being returned may be refused by the delivery team if the unit(s) are deemed to be “infested” or “soiled”, posing a health risk to the delivery team.
